Join us for Love Your Liver: Beyond Detox, a practical 90-minute workshop designed to help you understand how your liver really works and how to care for it in simple, realistic ways. We’ll explore what can overload the liver, the everyday habits that truly support energy, mood and digestion, and small changes you can start right away, all without extreme detoxes or rigid rules. Held at Balance Yoga Studio in Coolangatta on Saturday, 31st January @ 9:30am, this session is perfect for anyone wanting a kind, evidence-based approach to feeling well.

Tori is a clinical nutritionist and holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine).

specialises in nutrition for mental health.
